Randy has been part of the general aviation industry for over 35 years, serving in every area of sales, management, maintenance, and flight operations. He has specialized in aircraft acquisition, disposition, and management. He knows more about aligning your needs with the right aircraft than any technical expert today.
Randy founded South Jet Aviation, specializing in aircraft sales and management. Before that, he worked at Stevens Aviation and held numerous positions, including Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, and Director of Marketing.
Randy received a degree in Aeronautical Science and Management from Embry—Riddle Aeronautical University. He is an ATP pilot with type ratings in various business jets. He has more than 10,500 hours of flight time and flies regularly.
Ethan Eades ~ Aircraft Broker
Ethan is a husband, father, and dedicated aviator. His aviation path began as a flight line technician in January 2017. In April, he began flight training, quickly advancing through each rating. He began flying professionally in November 2019 and spent three years flying chartered jets like the Citation Encore, Ultra, and Bravo with Special Services Corporation. Since September 2023, he has been an ATP-rated pilot flying American Eagle CRJ 700/900s for PSA Airlines.
Ethan is continually learning and expanding his repertoire of skills. Alongside his flying career, he has learned social media management and internet marketing. Not only does he have the aeronautical foundation necessary to guide his clients in acquiring aircraft, but he also can market aircraft when ready to sell. This combination of experience is especially favorable in the web-based market today.
